Torrevieja

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom off-plan villa option forms part of a development of independent villas in the Aguas Nuevas area of Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. The villa has views towards Torrevieja's lagoons, including the pink lagoon, whose colour changes with the first light of the day.

The design is contemporary and geared to a calm, unhurried way of living. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms give the accommodation room for family or visiting friends, and solar panels form part of the specification.

Outdoor living centres on a terrace and a private pool, with a private solarium that comes into its own on warm evenings. Underground parking and a storage room keep the car, bikes and golf equipment out of the way between stays.

Aguas Nuevas puts the sea and the area's everyday services close by, and golf courses lie across the surrounding area. Together they make the villa an easy base for golf holidays, longer stays or a permanent move to the Costa Blanca.
