About

Capri Villas is a collection of three-bedroom, three-bathroom off-plan homes at Santa Rosalía Lake and Life Resort in Murcia. The design combines open-plan living, practical bedroom storage and outdoor space on two levels.

The kitchen and living area open towards the garden and ground-floor terrace. Bosch appliances, Silestone worktops and an integrated osmosis system form part of the kitchen specification.

The principal bedroom includes a walk-in dressing room and LED lighting, while the remaining bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Porcelain flooring and glass balustrades give the interiors a clean contemporary finish.

A rooftop solarium with pre-installation for an outdoor kitchen provides further space for dining and relaxing outside. The multifunctional basement adds flexibility, and the wider Murcia area offers a broad choice of established golf courses.

Mar Menor Golf 18 holesPar 72Two-part layout combining tighter and broader fairways

Two designers and two contrasting nines

Mar Menor Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 course built as two contrasting nines. Dave Thomas designed the opening half with tighter fairways and rough, plus generous greens guarded by large bunkers and nearby lakes. The Nicklaus Design second nine opens the view with broader fairways and wider rough, changing both the scale and the preferred lines from the tee. Water returns as the central issue at holes 13, 14 and 15, where a large lake shapes three consecutive holes. The practice facilities include a range, putting green, chipping green and a separate practice hole.

La Serena Golf 18 holesPar 72Water-led coastal layout with extensive bunkering

Lakes, bunkers and measured coastal golf

La Serena Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 Manuel Piñero course near Los Alcázares and the Mar Menor. Water and sand set the terms of the round: large lakes feature throughout, while nearly 70 shaped bunkers tighten landing areas and approaches. Between them, gently rolling fairways run past palms and olive trees, giving the course a clear coastal-Murcia identity. The routing also passes around the historic Torre del Rame, a fixed landmark within the landscape. Three practice greens and a driving range support work before a round. La Serena suits thoughtful course management, with accuracy carrying more weight than aggressive play.

Roda Golf 18 holesPar 72Varied resort layout with doglegs, elevation and water

Varied golf with a risk-and-reward lake finish

Roda Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 Dave Thomas course from 2006. Its hole-by-hole character changes often, moving through doglegs, elevated tees and greens, pronounced putting surfaces, bunkers and water carries. That variety makes club selection and placement important throughout the round. The closing par five provides a clear final decision, as a well-positioned drive can open an approach across the lake in two. A driving range and golf academy support practice. Roda's interest comes from this steady change of shape rather than a single repeated design theme, right through to the final green.

La Torre Golf 18 holesPar 68Strategic resort layout with extensive bunkering and lakes

A shorter course built around smart decisions

La Torre Golf is an 18-hole, par-68 Nicklaus Design course measuring 5,403 metres. Its modest length shifts attention towards decisions rather than power. Wide fairways run between lakes and tall palms, but more than five hectares of bunkers separate the holes and narrow the useful angles into the greens. Choosing the right side of a fairway can matter as much as distance from the tee. Four tee sets allow the layout to play at different lengths. A driving range, putting green and bunker area round out the practice offer, reinforcing La Torre's focus on positioning and short-game control.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf 18 holesPar 72Contoured layout with deep bunkers and sectioned greens

Bold contours, deep bunkers and sectioned greens

Hacienda Riquelme Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 Nicklaus Design course where the contours do much of the work. Fairways rise and fall through wild grasses and retained olive trees, with deep bunkers and five lakes creating clear choices from the tee and into the greens. The putting surfaces are strongly shaped and divided into distinct sections, so the day's pin position can alter the best route into a hole. Four sets of tees provide different playing lengths. With residential buildings set farther back from the course, the broad fairways and natural planting have room to establish the layout's spacious character.
