The Opus

This furnished one-bedroom apartment is part of The Opus by OMNIYAT in Business Bay, Dubai. Its Desert-themed interior brings a warmer, nature-led character to a residence within one of Dame Zaha Hadid's most recognisable architectural works.

The Desert scheme uses natural textures, mood lighting, organic forms and a sand-influenced palette. Furnishings sit within the same design language, giving the apartment a coherent identity rather than a collection of unrelated finishes.

The Opus itself is formed by two structures that read as a single cube, opened at the centre by a fluid void and joined by a bridge. Hadid designed the building from exterior to interior, and the mixed-use address also brings together offices, boutique retail and dining.
