Alicante as a golf-property location
Alicante province sits on Spain’s Costa Blanca, with a long Mediterranean coastline and a clear golf-property offer inland from the busier shore. It is not one market. Buyers can look north towards places such as Calpe, south towards Pilar de la Horadada and Torre de la Horadada, or into established golf communities including Las Colinas, La Finca, Lo Romero and Campoamor.
The useful first decision is the setting: a coastal town base, a quieter residential golf community, or something between the two. Once that is clear, apartments, townhouses and villas become much easier to compare. Buying near a course does not itself include club membership or playing rights, so property and golf arrangements should be considered separately.
