Haza del Conde is an urbanisation within Nueva Andalucía, the part of Marbella that sits just behind Puerto Banús, between Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara. Locally it is called the Golf Valley, and it has three established courses: Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha.
Haza del Conde backs onto Los Naranjos, and some homes are within walking distance of the course. The area is low density, which helps with privacy. Parts of it are gated or set in secure communities, but not all of it, so check the arrangement for each home you look at.

Golf nearby: Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha
Los Naranjos Golf Club is the course next door. It was founded in 1977 on a Robert Trent Jones design. Its practice range is open to the public, and visiting golfers can book green fees. Since 1 January 2026, club shares can only be bought from existing shareholders who want to sell.
Real Club de Golf Las Brisas is a private members' club, on a Robert Trent Jones Snr course updated by Kyle Phillips. Aloha Golf Club is also members only. To join, you first buy a share from an existing shareholder, because the club does not sell shares itself, and then apply to its Board for approval.
Everyday life: Puerto Banús, beaches, schools and drive times
Puerto Banús, with more than 900 berths, is a short drive away. The Nueva Andalucía beach beside the port flies the Blue Flag and has accessibility services, and Puerto Banús beach also holds the Blue Flag. Golf, restaurants and shops are within a few kilometres.
