Marina Village

Marina Village at Luštica Bay is a waterfront neighbourhood on Montenegro's Adriatic coast, centred on a full-service 115-berth marina. Apartments, townhouses, villas and The Chedi Residences sit alongside waterfront dining, curated retail and the Feel Alive experiential hub.

The architecture takes its cues from Montenegro's historic coastal villages. Sun-washed local stone, terracotta rooftops and colourful shutters give the neighbourhood a clear sense of place, while cobblestone paths and Mediterranean landscaping link the homes with the waterfront and shared social spaces.

Life here revolves around the marina promenade. Waterfront cafés, sailing, beach clubs, boutique shopping, long lunches and a changing cultural programme create a sociable setting, with five beaches and the 1.8 km Lungo Mare coastal path adding more ways to spend time outdoors.

Residents-only pools, playgrounds and open-air gathering spaces are woven through Marina Village. The Chedi Luštica Bay hotel and the marina sit at its centre, placing hospitality, dining and the waterfront within the same coastal neighbourhood.

Mirta is Marina Village's final residential collection. Its three hillside buildings contain studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with open-plan interiors, private balconies or terraces that vary by residence, custom Nolte kitchens with integrated Bosch appliances and a communal swimming pool with decking.
