Twin Villas at The Peaks

Twin Villas at The Peaks are SAOTA-designed, three-bedroom semi-detached homes in Luštica Bay's hillside golf neighbourhood in Montenegro. The collection overlooks the course's ninth hole towards Boka Bay. Each villa adjoins one neighbour and is arranged over two floors.

The design makes outdoor space part of daily life. Open-plan living connects to a central courtyard for gathering, a pool deck and a landscaped rear garden. There is room to move between a more enclosed place to sit and the openness of the garden without leaving the main living space behind.

A swimming pool is part of the Twin Villas design, alongside the courtyard and garden. Inside, the open-plan arrangement keeps cooking and living connected. Three bedrooms give family and visiting friends space to stay.

The Peaks sits above Luštica Bay's waterfront neighbourhoods. From the Twin Villas, the collection's ninth-hole setting draws the eye towards Boka Bay. Luštica Bay's marina, beaches, promenade restaurants and Piazza Centrale shops belong to the wider coastal destination, adding a different rhythm to days spent away from the hillside.

Golf shapes The Peaks. The first nine holes of Luštica Bay's Gary Player-designed course are open, with the full 18-hole course planned. At the villas, the ninth-hole outlook gives the courtyard and garden a close connection to the course landscape.
