Las Vistas 4

Las Vistas 4 is a four-bedroom villa in Sierra Blanca, on the Marbella Golden Mile. Completed in 2022 and arranged over four levels, it has 609 m² of built space, 334 m² of interior, 275 m² of terrace and a 458 m² plot. South, south-west and west aspects bring daylight through the house, and there are sea views from every level.

The open-plan living and dining room opens through floor-to-ceiling Cortizo triple-glazed doors onto the main terrace, pool and garden. A modern bespoke kitchen with fully integrated Miele appliances sits in the same flow. Porcelanosa tiling runs indoors and out, with oak carpentry, ambient lighting and cinema-grade built-in sound and entertainment systems.
