About

This east-facing, two-bedroom villa sits within La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia. Its high-ceilinged living and dining room, covered terrace and roof terrace provide a choice of indoor and outdoor space for holidays or longer stays.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The generous ceiling height gives the main living and dining room an open feel, while the fitted kitchen and adjoining utility room keep everyday tasks separate from the social space.

A covered terrace creates a sheltered place for outdoor dining and relaxing, with the roof terrace adding a second outdoor area above. Air conditioning is fitted, and a carport provides parking beside the villa.

The resort has 24-hour security and is arranged around an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course. With two terraces and an easy two-bedroom layout, the villa works well as a Murcia base for owners who want outdoor living within a golf resort setting.

La Torre Golf 18 holesPar 68Strategic resort layout with extensive bunkering and lakes

A shorter course built around smart decisions

La Torre Golf is an 18-hole, par-68 Nicklaus Design course measuring 5,403 metres. Its modest length shifts attention towards decisions rather than power. Wide fairways run between lakes and tall palms, but more than five hectares of bunkers separate the holes and narrow the useful angles into the greens. Choosing the right side of a fairway can matter as much as distance from the tee. Four tee sets allow the layout to play at different lengths. A driving range, putting green and bunker area round out the practice offer, reinforcing La Torre's focus on positioning and short-game control.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf 18 holesPar 72Contoured layout with deep bunkers and sectioned greens

Bold contours, deep bunkers and sectioned greens

Hacienda Riquelme Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 Nicklaus Design course where the contours do much of the work. Fairways rise and fall through wild grasses and retained olive trees, with deep bunkers and five lakes creating clear choices from the tee and into the greens. The putting surfaces are strongly shaped and divided into distinct sections, so the day's pin position can alter the best route into a hole. Four sets of tees provide different playing lengths. With residential buildings set farther back from the course, the broad fairways and natural planting have room to establish the layout's spacious character.

El Valle Golf 18 holesPar 71Core-routed desert layout with crowned greens

Precision golf in a natural desert valley

El Valle Golf is an 18-hole, par-71 Nicklaus Design course in a natural desert valley. Its core routing groups the holes together and keeps the surrounding development at the perimeter, leaving limestone outcrops, ridges and native planting to define much of the view. The course asks for accuracy and sound positioning rather than sheer length. Crowned greens repel loose approaches, while closely mown surrounds create several ways to recover. Clusters of bunkers add definition, and lakes, streams and waterfalls break up the dry landscape. The practice ground includes a driving range, putting green and bunker area.

Altaona Golf 18 holesPar 72Gently rolling desert-style layout with wide corridors

Broad desert-style corridors shaped by strategy

Altaona Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 course by Stirling & Martin Golf Architects. It winds through a gently rolling, arid landscape in broad corridors, where sparse planting leaves the shape of the ground in clear view. The fairways provide room to choose a line, but lakes, sand bunkers and scattered trees make accuracy important as the hole develops. Its restrained desert styling gives the course a character of its own within Murcia, while the easy topography also makes walking a practical option. A practice area, putting green and chipping green provide space to work on each part of the game.

Mar Menor Golf 18 holesPar 72Two-part layout combining tighter and broader fairways

Two designers and two contrasting nines

Mar Menor Golf is an 18-hole, par-72 course built as two contrasting nines. Dave Thomas designed the opening half with tighter fairways and rough, plus generous greens guarded by large bunkers and nearby lakes. The Nicklaus Design second nine opens the view with broader fairways and wider rough, changing both the scale and the preferred lines from the tee. Water returns as the central issue at holes 13, 14 and 15, where a large lake shapes three consecutive holes. The practice facilities include a range, putting green, chipping green and a separate practice hole.
