About this development
The Seven is one of La Reserva Club Sotogrande’s most distinctive private enclaves: a 12-hectare parkland setting planned for seven substantial family villas, each shaped by an internationally recognised architect and positioned to work with the land, light and views.
The concept is deliberately rare. Architects from Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Brazil were selected to create individual contemporary homes that sit within the landscape rather than compete with it.
