Villa Serenade

Villa Serenade is a newly completed contemporary villa in Zona M, La Reserva de Sotogrande, in the municipality of San Roque, Cádiz. Finished in 2026 and set on an elevated plot, it looks across the Mediterranean towards Gibraltar and the North African coastline. The house is arranged over three levels, faces east and sits inside a gated community with 24-hour security and concierge services.

The living and dining area is one open-plan space joined to a bespoke modern kitchen, so cooking, eating and sitting together all happen in the same room. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings the surrounding landscape inside. The living areas open straight onto the terraces, the landscaped garden and the private swimming pool, so a meal can move outside without any fuss.

All six bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, and there are seven bathrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms are principal suites, and each has a private terrace with sea views. That makes the house easy to share: parents and grandparents, or two couples over for a golf week, each have a suite and a terrace of their own.

Outside, terraces are spread across the property, including a rooftop terrace, so there is always a choice of places to sit out. The landscaped private garden and the private pool are reached directly from the main living space. One additional room is left for the owner to decide on, and it could become a cinema, a gym, a wine cellar or a room for entertaining. There is also a private garage.

La Reserva de Sotogrande is a private residential community with 24-hour security and concierge services. Residents can use the facilities of La Reserva Club on the Club's own terms, including its 18-hole championship course designed by Cabell B. Robinson and The Beach, the Club's sandy beach and sports lagoon. Sotogrande itself adds a marina, international schools, restaurants, boutiques and leisure facilities, and it is also home to Real Club Valderrama, Real Club de Golf Sotogrande and The Alto Golf Club.
