About the course

Aloha is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland course in Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley, a short distance inland from Puerto Banús. It was the final design of Spanish architect Javier Arana and was completed around the time of his death in 1975. The traditional balance of four par fives, ten par fours and four par threes is split evenly between the nines. Mature trees, rolling ground, bunkers and a prominent lake reward placement rather than indiscriminate length, while La Concha provides the mountain backdrop. The par-five 10th, named for Arana, is a notable strategic and visual centrepiece. Aloha has staged the European Tour’s Andalucía Open in 2007, 2008 and 2012. It is a private members’ club, so nearby property ownership should not be taken to confer access.
