Zaha Hadid Architects shaped the buildings with curved floorplates and rounded corners that bring daylight deep into the interiors. Around them, Vladimir Djurovic's landscape moves through forested grounds, layered gardens, wellness lawns, water features and shaded walks towards the beachfront.
The two collections include two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, together with penthouses, in simplex and duplex formats. Each collection has its own interior character and approach to outdoor living.
The Alba Residences use curved glazing and terraces with private plunge pools and sun platforms, while Juliette balconies serve each bedroom. The Alba Resort Residences combine natural finishes and concealed kitchens with floor-to-ceiling windows, home automation, smart lighting, enhanced insulation and air-quality systems. Sea-facing terraces and shaded balconies extend the Resort Residences outdoors.
A dedicated wellness centre brings together diagnostics, regenerative therapies, integrative medicine, performance and recovery support, nutrition, sleep and emotional wellbeing programmes, holistic therapies and restorative spa spaces. The wider design targets LEED and WELL Gold certification, using low-emission materials, engineered facades, advanced insulation, air filtration and water treatment.
