Altura Residences

Altura Residences is an exclusive collection of five luxury villas in La Quinta, one of the most established residential enclaves in the Marbella and Benahavis area. Designed by GC Studios and developed by Kasa Developers, the community pairs contemporary Mediterranean architecture with privacy, controlled access and elevated views towards the mountains and Mediterranean Sea.

Each villa has been planned around light, openness and the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
