The Meadows

The Meadows is a private gated collection of 26 three-bedroom townhouses in a frontline position at the Europa course within La Cala Golf Resort, Mijas. The homes face southwest, with outlooks across the development taking in the golf course, La Cala Resort and the Mijas valley. The exact view varies by position.

Each townhouse is arranged over three levels, with two layouts designed around different ways of living. One places a bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs, while the other keeps all three bedrooms together on the upper level. Both concepts include two full bathrooms, one of them ensuite, plus a ground-floor cloakroom.

Open-plan living centres on a fitted kitchen with appliances, while large terraces and a private garden extend the home outdoors.
