OLIU

OLIU is a collection of apartments and townhouses in the heart of Capdepera, within the municipality of the same name on northeast Mallorca. Its traditional Mallorcan design sits comfortably in the town, while terraces extend daily living outdoors. Townhouses have terraces on both the ground and first floors, and some homes look towards the sea, Mallorca's eastern coastline or Capdepera Castle.

Open-plan kitchens form part of the main living space, making cooking and dining feel naturally connected. Oak-coloured veneer cabinetry is paired with pale compact-quartz worktops and splashbacks, alongside an oven, induction hob, extractor, integrated refrigerator and dishwasher from Siemens or an equivalent brand. The shared outdoor areas include a swimming pool with lighting and a shower, landscaped gardens planted with endemic species, drip irrigation and a separate relaxation area. Underground parking has conduit ready for the future installation of electric-vehicle charging outlets. Each home also has fan-coil air conditioning with room-by-room temperature control, mechanical ventilation and individual aerothermal hot water.
