COR 39

COR 39 is a collection of 12 new-build homes in central Palma, near Palma Old Town and Las Avenidas. The development includes two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each arranged with two bathrooms and private outdoor space suited to its position in the building.

Open-plan kitchens sit within the living and dining areas, giving the main rooms a sociable, connected layout. Oak-effect laminate flooring adds warmth underfoot, while aluminium windows and glazed doors combine thermal breaks with double glazing. Built-in wardrobes are fitted with overhead storage and hanging rails.

Light-toned kitchen cabinetry is paired with compact quartz worktops and splashbacks, integrated refrigeration and dishwashing, a Siemens oven, an induction hob and a concealed extractor. Bathrooms have wall-mounted wood-finish vanity units, concealed tapware, level shower trays, tempered-glass screens, wall-hung toilets and large-format porcelain tiling in a sand finish.
