Es Voltor

Es Voltor is a collection of 13 two-storey townhouses in Esporles, within the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca. Traditional Mallorcan architecture gives the development its character, while each home is arranged with three bedrooms, two bathrooms including one en suite, and a guest toilet. The living spaces occupy the ground floor, with the bedrooms and main bathrooms above.

Large glazed doors open the living room onto a southwest-facing terrace, drawing natural light into the main living space and extending it outdoors. The adjoining kitchen combines light beige cabinetry with white Silestone worktops and splashbacks, a Siemens oven, an induction hob and an extractor. Natural sand-toned Saloni porcelain flooring runs through the interiors, with a non-slip version continuing across the terraces.

Upstairs, the three-bedroom layout provides room for family and guests. Bathrooms have wall-mounted vanity units, recessed Tres taps, level shower trays and fixed glass screens. Natural oak-coloured doors and fitted wardrobes bring warmth and useful storage, while traditional Mallorcan shutters distinguish the street-facing bedrooms. Garden-facing openings have motorised aluminium shutters.

Each townhouse has a private garden and direct access to its own outdoor parking space. Residents also share a swimming pool, solarium area and landscaped communal gardens. Aerothermal hot water and underfloor heating sit alongside concealed air conditioning with room controls, mechanical ventilation, LED lighting and an individual photovoltaic installation. Double-glazed aluminium windows have thermal breaks, and parking is prepared for a future electric-vehicle charging point.
